Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (âŹ12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over âŹ50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Freeman T. Porter purchase. If for any reason you’re not, our returns process is as straightforward as our designs.
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Include your order confirmation or receipt with your return
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once unpackaged:
- All belts (Ceintures)
- Footwear (Chaussures, Bottines & Sneakers)
- Sale or promotional items (when applicable)
Return Process

- Ship Your Return: Carefully package items and send to the address provided in your authorization
- Inspection: Our team will inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt

Refunds
- Timing: Processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Credited to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above, noting you’d like an exchange
- Clearly specify the replacement product, size, and color desired
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or process a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. For international orders, customs duties are non-refundable.
International Returns
For non-EU customers:
- Mark your package « RETOUR DE MARCHANDISE – PAS DE VALEUR COMMERCIALE » on the shipping label
- Freeman T. Porter is not responsible for any customs fees applied to returns
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for international returns
